What are your prices?
Our prices start from £7.27 (inc VAT), approx. US $9.65* per month, depending on the package you choose.
All packages include the website, hosting, support, a domain name and email forwarding. We don't do hidden extras, deceptive introductory pricing that doubles after a few months or charge fees for extra features. The only add-ons available are an optional full email account, or optional extra multi-cloud storage, if you need it.

Who is Photium for? Do I need to be a photographer?
Photium was built for photographers, and galleries remain one of our strengths, but you don't need to be one. Small businesses, independent professionals and creatives use Photium to show their work, explain their services and sell online. In fact, the site you're looking at now is built with Photium too.
Do I need any coding or website experience?
No. Our editor is easy to use but powerful. Describe the page you want and we'll put together a draft for you made up of "page blocks", or choose the blocks yourself.
You can change their styling and move them around just by pointing and clicking. Your website will look sharp on large high-resolution screens and load fast on mobiles. You can even use the editor on your phone when you're out, for example to handle an urgent order or reply to a live chat enquiry.
What help will I get with my website?
You can ask Photium for help with setting up your website, making changes and connecting your domain. Whether you’re starting from scratch or get stuck on a particular task, we can guide you through it.
Can I try Photium before paying?
Yes. The free trial lets you set up a website without providing payment details. You can try the editor and build your website before choosing a paid package.
Can I keep my existing domain name?
Yes, we can help you connect your existing domain to Photium. If you already have a website, we can also offer guidance on recreating its pages. Contact us about your current setup so we can explain what’s involved.
Can I sell products or share private client galleries?
All three packages include shop tools. Standard and Advanced also support digital downloads, while Advanced includes private galleries and client favourite selections. Photium takes no commission on sales; payment-provider fees still apply.
Can I change my package or cancel?
You can request a package change as your needs change, and monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
Will I need to manage hosting, updates or plugins?
No, you'll never need to pay for, install or update a plugin. You'll never have to worry about if your website is backed up or has the latest updates.
Will my older photos ever be archived or slow to load?
No. Every image you upload stays instantly available, whether it's from yesterday or ten years ago. Some photography platforms move older galleries into "archive" storage, where clients can wait hours or even days for photos to be restored before they can view or download them. We don't do that.
Your work is stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure with copies held across two independent cloud services, so every file loads at full speed whenever you or your clients need it.
What is multi-cloud storage and why no unlimited option?
"Unlimited" plans usually come with a catch. To make the numbers work, providers cut costs elsewhere, often by archiving older files, compressing originals, or adding fair-use limits in the small print.
We'd rather be upfront. Our Multi-cloud storage has clear allowances, and everything within them is kept at full resolution, backed up across two independent cloud services, and never moved to slow archive storage. When a client comes back years later for a reorder, their gallery opens as quickly as the day you delivered it.
